The total floor space is 22,000 square meters. Now another 45,000 square meter building with 300 guest rooms and a 15,000 meter department store is under construction. The building will top off in 1999 and put into operation in 2000. 　　Upon the completion, the White Swan Hotel will cover a floor space of 67,000 square metres, At that time, it will have more than 500 guest rooms and two big department stores and reap a high profit. The total investment of the second round construction is 850 million.
